Whole milk tummy troubles?

 I guess this is kinda gross/TMI type stuff...

We introduced whole cows milk in small amounts about a week ago. I started with a couple ounces in their formula bottles. On Thursday, I noticed DD having some constipation and by Saturday, she had very loose stools and couple blow outs. She had had the cows milk for about 5 days before this started, but I am wondering if it was too much too soon? Her mild eczema has also gotten a lot worse in the past two weeks.

I didn't give her any cows milk yesterday. Her diaper this morning was a little better, but not the usual solid BM she has in the mornings. 

Anyone experience this with their LO and introduction to whole milk? I can't think of anything else she ate new over the past week, and as far as I know it's not a stomach bug because DS or us has caught anything yet.

Yeah they both do fine with cheese and yogurt.  DH's side has a few who can eat dairy products, but not drink milk.
