DS has a hard time getting anything out of the Munchkin Mighty Grip straw cup. I've tried it too, and I could barely get a drop out. The Nuby flip-top straw cup is easier to drink out of, but it's a PITA to wash, and I'm not sure the straw part ever gets thoroughly sterilized because of the closed design (water stays trapped in it).
What are some good no-spill straw cups that are easy to drink from and easy to keep clean?
Re: your favorite straw cups
DD does really well with these:

It took her no time to get the hang of it! They are a little pricey but are indestructible! All the pieces come apart so it is rather easy to clean and it is dishwasher safe.

Ditto for the Playtex Little Grippers. They're fantastic (although PP was correct, they do leak but only a tiny bit, we use formula in them still).
Another vote for the Playtex straw cup!

This straw cup is great. My LO refused to use the bottle and we started using this straw cup at 6 months and she loved it and caught on to it real fast.
It does leak a little bit, but it has never been an issue for us.
