Baby clubs in Houston?

Does anyone know about any baby clubs offered by grocery/department stores in Houston?
These baby clubs provide good info/coupons/samples on baby products offered in that particular store.

Publix used to have a baby club, but it is offered only for Georgia and Florida residents.
