Looking for advice

I've been extremely tired the past couple of weeks and yesterday I started getting pain in my lower back. Today is day 19 of my cycle and I notice light bleeding and have minor cramping. My period is always on time and it's not due for another week. Could this be implantation bleeding or just spotting? I know it's too soon to take a HPT but thought someone may have advice.
