Doppler gel

My friend just loaned us her doppler, which we dont really need it because I feel LO kick all the time but we thought it would be fun to do. What kind of gel do you use? Is there something I can pick up at the store? Id really like to try it out after work. TIA!

Yup.. This is what I use.  Works perfectly and its cheap~!

I've heard that you can use lotion, but I tried that and it didn't work so well. Aloe might work better, but it's best to order ultrasound gel. It's pretty cheap from amazon.
