I have been hand expressing my milk and storing in the fridge. This morning i went and added more to it and there were little lumps in it. I just wanted to know if this was okay for my newborn to drink?
Are you adding the fresh to the refrigerated? You should only combine them at the same temp. If you mean that you looked at what was already there then it is because the fat separates. You can swirl it around to mix it back up but don't shake it. Hope this helps!
