Hi! I wanted to pop over and see if you had any advice for me. I'm 38.5. Husband is 41. TTC our second since Jan 2011. Our only issue is low ovarian reserve. We did IUI with Femera and trigger. I had two follies. It was a BFN. Anyone find success with IUI? Or have any other suggestions for me to try? Thanks.
Re: Popping over for advice
Hi, I know some of the ladies here have been through IF treatments and can give you some sound advice. But I did want to suggest that you check out the TTC after 35 boards. Many of the ladies there are going through exactly what you're going through right now, and they're very supportive. Best of luck to you!

I did three IUI's with Gonal F, resulting in only a chemical pregnancy that being said I also had a chemical the month after our last IUI and then month after that got my bfp for this pregnancy. I do think the injectibles have a lasting effect in that you produce more follicles for a few months after stopping them.
My RE recommended medicated IUI only if you're producing 2 or more follicles, ideally 3/4. Even with 4 to 5 follicles each IUI I still didn't pregnant but I feel that had more to do with the timing of the IUI.
