My girls are 2 weeks old-born at 35 weeks. They're very sleepy which I know is totally normal. Im just curious what you do after feedings... do you swaddle them up and put them back in their crib/bassinet?
I have them out for tummy time 5-10 mins per day per pedi instrucitons. But other than that, its eat, feed and sleep. Should I be trying to do more during the day so that maybe they sleep better at night? They're up mor often than every 3 hours at night for some reason... sometimes for no reason at all.
Re: What do you do with your preemies after eating?
ok good to know this is really what they do. I gave them both baths tonight so that was different

I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929
For what seemed like forever our life was wake, change, eat, sleep, repeat. If they're sleepy, put them back down to sleep and enjoy having yours hands free! When they really start to wake up you'll miss that time!
And keeping them up during the day won't help them sleep at night. Waking up every 3 hours actually isn't bad for that age!
