Sleep question

So my LO is 11 weeks...was only getting up once at night until her d@mn shots!!!  Now she's been waking up twice.  The second time is usually at 4am, then she wakes up ever 30-60 minutes until 7am!  It's killing me!  Also - I've noticed that when I go to feed her at 4am, she's not that interested or hungry.  She'll nurse on one side for a small time and then just kind of wants to suck.  She's trying to get her hands out of the swaddle to suck on, but I give her the paci.  She seems like she's almost still asleep.  I decided a couple times to let her cry a bit longer to see if she'd put herself back to sleep, but both times the crying just got worse and then it was even harder to get her back to sleep, so I don't think that's the solution.  

I don't mind getting up a couple times in the night at all, but this 30-60 minute thing is taking it out of me!  Help!

My son is that way wakes up a second time looking to suck on something so I generally have to get up a our time I reinsert paci he tries I break free of the swaddle to suck on his hands too. But generally after a few times of outing the pai back in he falls back to sleep

My son has been the same way the last couple of nights.. And he had his 2 month shots 2 days ago!!! He's up every 2 hours (for example: I put him to bed at 8:15 last night, he was up at 12:30, 2:30, 4:30 then 6:15 and after that he never went back to sleep & is just now napping) I AM EXHAUSTED! At 2:30 he acted like he was hungry so I made a bottle, put it in his mouth and he just fell asleep! I don't know what the deal is but I noticed a change in his night time routine ever since the shots! Hope things change soon and GOOD LUCK TO YOU!
