Mine is my grandmother's country fried steak, gravy, mashed potatoes and english peas. She would make it for me every year on my birthday. OMG, that was good shiit.
I've been trying to recreate it for years to no avail. I have the steak down, but her gravy was heavenly. Heavenly, I tell you.
Your turn!
Re: What's your favorite meal?
Lobster tail, filet mignon, baked potato w/ sour cream & butter,
and any vegetable, when dining out.
Breaded steak, mashed potatoes & corn at home.
I have two, both prepared by either of my grandmas. The first is Greek stuffed cabbage, with egg-lemon sauce. The second is called youvetsi and it's basically a lamb leg roasted alongside tomatoes and orzo. And you have to top it with a ton of greek cheese.
I can make both fairly well but I don't because DH doesn't really like cabbage and the youvetsi just makes a ton/takes a long time and isn't the most practical.
So sorry about your grandmom.
^Sorry about your grandma

Corned beef and cabbage with carrots, potatoes, and onions.
Dang, now I'm hungry.
What we call 'shore lunch' when we are at the lake. Basically freshly caught fish beer battered & deep-fried in oil served with freshly made fries & fried onions. We do this on the lake shore over an oil burner on nice days. So unhealthy but soooooooooo yummy.
Also the green curry at our local Thai place. Mmmmmmmm...
Honest answer? This will be long...
Biscuits and gravy w/ hashbrowns
Pho
Sushi
Indian food (just an in general sort of thing)
Steamed clams
Crab w/ melted butter
Lobster
Shellfish in general really, minus mussels
Leg of lamb
Goat cheese
Thanksgiving dinner
So, essentially the easy answer would be my previous statement. Food. I love food.
Bean burritos with melted cheese and sauce on top. With a side of guacamole and Spanish rice.
OR
H's crock pot pot roast, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn on the cob with Hawaiian rolls.
And now I'm starving!
