Real labor?

FTM and I'm not sure if im in labor or if it's just intense BH like I've been having. Contractions are about 7 min apart and pretty strong I can still talk and move through them though. I was laying on my couch and I felt a small gush of water and when I wiped there was a pink tint to it.

I took all the classes but now I'm just freaking out and don't know if my water broke or what! Every time I move a bit more liquid comes out. Help!

If you leak when you move, it's your water.

The other thing people around here always suggest is lying down for a bit and then standing up. If you feel another gush or release when you get up, it's probably your water.
