For those that had a VBAC about 18 months after the c-section

Hello this is my first time posting here. I am 38wks 3days pregnant with a little girl, and am going for a VBAC. My son was born via c-section 17 months ago tomorrow. Today I have been experiencing steady contractions, that started out light and irregular, but increased in pain and are now about 5 minutes apart. I havent called my Dr just yet, but do plan to. My pain is only about a 4 noticeable and uncomfortable, but not painful. My question is how bad were your contractions when you went to the hospital and were admitted? I live about 45 minutes away from Dr and hospital so I want to make sure before I just drive up there. Also I have been having them since 3:30am this morning.

I had SROM which resulted in very string contractions that were one on top of the other. They initially started out 2.5 min apart but within an hour were nonstop. Total labor was 3 hours.

I had a lot of prodromal labor leading up to the actual labor. However the contractions weren't regularly spaced and didn't get stronger. If they're regular and getting worse I'd head to LD.
