I don't know if it's the cadence of her writing or what, but every time I red those books to my DD she just goes out like a light.  I love BP anyway but now even more so because now I don't have to fight with her to stay in bed.

Wwhats your magic bullet for getting your LO to go to sleep?

I love that children are now being raised on Soft Kitty.   It was the first song DD sang to me.

I need to get some of those stories. As a kid we had a compilation of her stories, and I loved the illustrations. Does anyone remember the Two Bad Mice story? I think that is what it was called. One of the mice was named Hunka Munka...that one was one of our favorites.

I laugh everytime I see them wrap the cat up in dough and run the rolling pin over him. I think it's that one, I know there's one with the mice invading the dollhouse too.

That is the one! The dolls go out for a day and the mice go in and trash the house. They want to eat the doll food but are mad when it turns out to be fake food, so they ruin everything. We had our parents read us that one a lot!

Z loves TBBT. I even have the theme song on my phone for distracting her!
