BFing help pls! Slow let down?

Lately I am noticing that DD is getting really frustrated because my milk doesn't let down fast enough.  it seems to take a while lately...and I don't know if its because she gets so frustrated so she keeps pull off...or if it really has slowed down.  Once the milk comes down, she is content and seems to be getting enough milk.  She is EBF plus oatmeal cereal once a day.  any ideas/suggestions to fix this??

I've heard that some people pump a little to get it started then let the baby latch once it's flowing

i don't know how to fix it though

Massage your breasts before latching. I had this problem at our after work feeding with older DD and really had to up my fluids as well.

I've had this issue for the last two weeks and it's frustrating!  I just wanted to say I feel your pain.

Hand express a little so she can taste the milk right away and lessen the frustration.

This happens to me too and DS gets so cranky, its awful. I try massaging while I am nursing and that helps. I think he is now used to having the bottle every once in a while and expects my boob to give him instant satisfaction too. Grrrr.... GL!
