Any VBAC mamas use Hypnobirthing book/at home material?

I have been doing my reading and am intrigued by Hypnobirthing...but I cannot make it to all of the classes so signing up for a course makes no sense {work FT and have a 2 y/o and husband in residency!}. 

I have seen some online course material and others you can do at home on your own - anyone have luck with anything they can recommend? I have the Mongan Method Hypnobirthing book but that is it for now.

I suggest Hypnobabies home study.  That is what I used. I felt no pain during my fast and easy labor and delivery and I was very calm and relaxed(the hospital staff was amazed).

I also used the hypnobabies home study for my VBAC and recommend it.

I us Hypnobirthing by Marie Mongan book and classes and it was a huge success. Highly recommend it, I would still recommend the class as well even if you can't attend all of them. Good luck!
