middle name for Hope

My husband and I love the name Hope for a girl, since we met at a church that had Hope in the name. The problem is all of the middle names for Hope seem backwards...We really like Hope Gabrielle and Hope Emeryson. This a name for a second child Emmary Kate being the first. Suggestions please?? we dont like names that are too weird or old fashioned like Angeline

I'd go with Hope Gabrielle only because the other MN sounds too close to your other daughter's FN.

I think Hope Gabrielle is really pretty! It doesn't get much better than that Hope Kathleen maybe? Hope Noelle?

Funny that you say you don't like names like Angeline, because Hope Evangeline is on our long list and that's what I would have suggested.

Did you mean to type Emerson, or would you really name her Hope Emeryson?  I'd definitely go with Hope Gabrielle either way.  Like PP mentioned, Emerson/Emeryson is way too close to Emmary.

Hope Gabrielle is a gorgeous name. I also really like Hope Madeline.

It's odd to me that you would equate Annabelle with redneck rather than "Southern." I lived in Arkansas for almost two years, and worked at a hospital that attracted a lot of...well, "redneck" Medicaid patients. To me, "redneck" is more along the lines of Braelyn, Brynlee, and other made up or misspelled names. Not something classic and antebellum like Annabelle.

I also have no issues with Hope Annabelle. Annabelle isn't at all redneck.

I like your suggestions, in part because they are 3 syllables, which I think are a good balance for a one syllable first name (see my baby's name...).

Maybe Natalie, Allison, or Abigail?

I don't think of Annabelle as redneck at all; I think it's classic and beautiful.
