almost 24 weeks - noticing different symptoms

So last night and this morning I have noticed a bit of nausea, which I have not had since 1st trimester.  I have also noticed the past week or so that I am having a lot less breast tenderness.  I know that no pregnancy is normal or the same, i am just wondering if anyone else has experienced different things out of the blue like these as your pregnancies have progressed.

Of course. I randomly get nausea, no vomiting. Sometimes I get acne for a few days. Some days my breasts are very tender, others not at all.

You might have more gas/acid build up.  Although I don't get hungry I can tell when I need food in my stomach when i get nauseated.

I've started noticing the nausea coming back - it's common with singletons in the third tri, so I'm assuming it would happen earlier with multiples!
