Stimming question

We are beginning our first IVF cycle in a couple weeks.  Is there a typical time frame (# of days) for stimming?  They have me on 225IU starting CD 1 and my potential ER on CD 12.  Will I stim for 11 days, up until the night before ER?

It varies from person to person.  I stim very slowly, others more quickly.  How long did you stim for your iui's.  That could give you a good idea how long you will stim for.

It varies on the length but you won't take a stim shot the night before ER.  The last stim shot would be done before the trigger. I have had a stim shot the same night as trigger but most don't.

Also, my clinic I think estimates about 9-10 days... I stimmed long (13 including the day of trigger)

It all really depends on how you respond to the stims.  There have been times I've triggered earlier, and times I've stimmed a day or two longer.
