I'm about 28 weeks pregnant and I'm starting to have a hard time moving around. I wanted to join a Prenatal Yoga class but there are none in my area that have a convienent time for me. Anyone have any recommendations on what I should do?
I am having this same issue. Who wants to go to prenatal yoga at 8:30 at night? I'm pregnant, I'm usually half asleep on the sofa before 8, swearing to DH that "I'm awake, really", til about ten. Ugh. Or I could go at 7:30 on Saturday morning. No thank you!!!
I'm planning to just do it at home. I have a yoga mat, and they're pretty cheap if you don't have one. I found some free thingies online, but I'm also thinking about getting a DVD or two.

im actually on the same page with you on this one. i dont work so im home most of the time. i want to exercise but its always so hot outside and i just can get myself to do anything. my doctor gave me a pamphlet for yoga class and i might just take it (: if you cant find any near your area, there are yoga home videos you can get. ive heard swimming is good too or even just walking 20-30mins a day should be just fine (that's what my dietitian recommends) ((:
I am in the same boat and have been doing 30 minute walks instead. My job requires me to run around like a crazy person non stop so by the time I'm done work my ribs are burning anyways. I would get a DVD.
Walking and stretching are about it for me these days, but I love it! I feel soo much better and sleep better when I get a good long walk in. Sometimes I'm brave and do a few pilates moves, but I'm feeling much less motivated to even go there now.

Do you have Netflix?
There is a Yoga Mama video on there I like to do.
