Nervous

This  is my 2nd pregnancy, the first which resulted in an ectopic. So far I've had no signs of an ectopic and have my first ultrasound in a week and a half. I'm currently 6 weeks along.  I have to be honest... I'm really nervous about the appt next week. Positive thoughts please!!!
