Hello ladies, can I join you?
I'm recently back to TTCAL after a few month Bump break due to finding myself in the dark place so many of us have found ourselves in. I'm back, less actively, trying to be more positive and supportive. And am also 6+ mos post loss and getting close to a yr TTC.
My husband and I began TTC in Oct 2011 with a known balanced translocation dx (mine). So far all other lab work and tests have come back normal, but we're having no luck. We're now NTNP for the next 2 cycles and are planning to begin IVF my 1st cycle in October. The NTNP is going to be a challenge as I'm a total planner and slave to my chart. We're hoping we can reconnect, relax, and enjoy a slightly belated honeymoon (married 08/05/12) and then have a successful IVF cycle (FX for that!!).
I'm sure as we get closer to IVF, I'll have a bagillion questions for you sages. I've found TTCAL a phenomenal support and community as I went through our loss and I have learned so much from this and the TCOYF forums.
I'm sad to ask to join this club, sad for all of us dealing with such unfair and heartbreaking journeys. I hope to be able to provide support as we all continue down our paths.

Bed rest from 21w-35w due to short cervix, hospital bed rest from 23w-32w due to PTL
Our rainbows were born 07/19/13 (36w, 5d)

Thanks ladies. You recommend no charting from now on, or no charting once I start the BCPs to prep for IVF? I won't start those 'til sometime around Oct 15th (assuming my cycles cooperate). I was really hoping to be further along in the IVF process by the time we reached our EDD, but it's another one of those things that I had to relinquish my need for control on...
That's what this whole journey has been about for me - learning that despite best laid plans (no pun intended), there are some things (MANY things) I just don't have control of.
Petra, re your musing about posting where I feel comfortable... I don't know where I belong really. I feel like a bit of a noob posting here since my journey thus far has been relatively short. Guess I'll continue to dabble a bit in both and take a step back when I need to. Thanks for having me here.

I know this is likely deluded, but I'm worried if I'm not charting up 'til IVF, that I won't know what's going on (as in, when I ovulated, how long my LP is, etc). I'm also taking a LP progesterone break, but am now worried that if, in the off chance I do get KU, I'm not giving the embryo the best chance. Ack! Knock some sense into me. Give it to me straight :-) Thanks again for the warm welcome.
