Tender pain

I'm 9 weeks with twins and sometimes when push to pee it feels tender in my lower stomach.  I was just wondering if this was normal with the growing?

That happened to me this morning!  Turns out I had to go the bathroom (#2) 20 minutes later.  I also made sure to drink more water and it isn't bothersome anymore.
