When did your LO go into Grovia A12?

I have a bunch of the Grovia diapers and inserts.  My question is when did you start putting your LO in them.  I tried one the other day and we had a leak issue out the very back of his diaper. I want to start using them but wondering if maybe he is still a little to small?  He is 3 and a half weeks and is now weighing 10 pounds.

    We started using them on DD when she was about 6 weeks old and about 12lbs.

    We started using GroVia AI2s around 10 weeks, when we started CDing.  DD was almost 12 pounds.

    We started getting a good fit at more like 12 weeks. These were the largest OS diaper I owned and fit last out of everything. I love them now though!

    Around 7 weeks/11 lbs. I don't use the inserts, though. Just tri-folded or jelly-rolled prefolds. They seem to fit better than any of the other one-size covers I have.
