It could be teething, u say ur lil one bitting in everything than I think so. If the gums r red and puffy yes, my lil guy was got all the time when his gums were red and puffy. Do the teething rings out it in the freezer for there mins and put one of ur lil ones wash rags wet in the freezer in between the teething rings and let ur lil one chew on that
