It's been a while! (NBR really)

Hello, ladies!! It's been a while since I posted here, but I've kind of been lurking around. 

My reason for not posting frequently is kind of silly; my hospital does not allow water births, and that was what I was REALLY hoping for! They, do, however, allow laboring in the tub/shower, and so I'm totally going that route.

However, I'm back around and will continue to lurk and read all of your great advice and birth stories!

My hospital is the same way.  It's disappointing, but honestly it was the labor I needed it for not the actually pushing part.  For me and a lot of women on here pushing is a relief.  So while it would have been awesome to deliver my baby in water I didn't need it from a pain relief stand-point.  Hope it's the same for you!
