When you clearly bit the inside of your cheek (but don't remember the blessed event) and then you keep either re-biting the spot or poking at it with your tongue.

Mine is really annoying me.  I can't see to leave it alone!

I hate that! I clench  my teeth in my sleep (mouth guards don't help), and I often bite my cheek. If that happens, I'll rebite it all day long. So annoying.

This post reminded me that I somehow bit my tongue while I was falling asleep last night. It was really bizarre.

I was just talking to my mom about this last night! And it swollen so you keep on biting it and it ends up taking forever to heal!

Yeah. I hate that too. Half the time I'm like "How the heck did I manage to bite it over there?", in reference to a weird location that doesn't seem possible to even bite!

I do that all the time.  It usually become a 2-3 day cycle of swelling and re-biting.

I did this right near my lower lip and canine teeth over a week ago, and the spot still isn't healed.  I kept chewing on it while at work because it's pretty slow/boring lately.  So annoying!  It's almost better now, but it's been nearly 2 weeks.

Ugh that's the worst- and then everytime I bite it again, I literally cuss out loud at myself for doing it because it hurts!
