I started taking prenatal vitamins about 5 weeks ago. I take the kind that have both a vitamin tab and Omega-3/DHA capsule. I've been having easy bruising for the past 1-2 weeks, and was thinking it might be from the Omega 3's. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I stop taking the capsule and stick with just the tablet? I was thinking it may be harmless, but the bruising is getting pretty bad, so now I'm not so sure...
