BJ city mini double question

Does anyone know if you can use the BJ city mini double with the activity snack tray as well as the infant car seat adapter?  I am very torn between this and the Britax B-agile double.

    No it does not. Or at least it didn't when I purchased one in 2011 from Amazon. I purchased an adjustable belly bar separately. I didn't want the snack tray, as it is a bit high and not adjustable. We have a car seat adapter for our BJCM single, but ended up not getting one for our double. We didn't need it. The seat fully reclines and we had a spring baby who didn't need to be bundled in her car seat while riding in the stroller. (And in a pinch you can rest a carseat on the belly bar, although that's absolutely not what it's intended for!)
