D and C scheduled for tonight

After a week, my OB is back in the office and thinks I'm having a missed miscarriage because nothing is happening and I'm having sharp pain rather than cramping pain. She wants to do a d and c tonight in 4 hours. Thank you all for your support through my frustration.  I gave it a chance to happen naturally and it's just not happening.

I am so sorry for your loss.  Like you, I tried naturally but couldn't take it emotionally anymore.  I had my D&C on Friday.  My thoughts and prayers are with you.  HUGS!

I am so sorry Tarra and I am praying for you. Like you, my body did not recognize the loss for weeks and I had to go with the D and C as well. I hope your recovery is smooth.

I can completely relate to your frustration, and I'm sorry that you're having to deal with this.  I know I'm a bit late to the post, but I hope your procedure went well and that you're at home resting comfortably.
