    The Michigan Womyn's Music Festival

    I knew what you meant, but no, traveling for a festival is not really our thing. But I can definitely see how it'd be fun. Are you?

    Yes, we go every year.  This will be year 16 for me.  I sometimes volunteer at the baby/toddler childcare tent and had a weird realization that I could bump into a bumpie kid or mom there.

    No MichFest for us. A lot of our friends go every year, and it's just not our thing. It sounds amazing, but all of the insider tricks you need to know to have a good time, and how clichey I've heard it can be, also it's fairly expensive, and if I'm taking a week off, I'm spending it on the beach with a margarita and a cute swimsuit.

    No, no Michigan for me...but the Newport Folk Festival line up this weekend looks amazing, wish we could go, but alas, its my kids second birthday. Darn kids.
