Facebook page?

What is the facebook page link? I have looked before and hadn't been able to find it, I would like to join. I also will be posting an intro later tonight or tomorrow. When ever LO gives me a chance.

Is it just me or do others not want everyone to know their personal info from fb?  I just don't want to be so exposed to everyone and their brother.

Why is there a fb group? Is there anything on it that we don't already do here? I agree with the sharing my personal info being a bit much.

People still won't be able to see your profile. You're just joining a group, not adding every individual as a friend.

The only difference between here and there is no fun drama, more random AW picture posts, and we have April 2011 mamas on there. I like it, but I love me some bump. I'd never leave one for the other.

I am still confused on the FB thing. Are there 2 spin off groups? I thought "the FB group" was comprised of the GBCBrs that like to pop in to tell us how awesome they are.

I know a few other hold outs IRL but find them totally annoying...j/k! I resisted for awhile but since having kids it is just so convenient to share updates on them while still being totally lazy.

I had one while I was in school but then I got annoyed with the constant drama so I deleted it and haven't looked back! I think that getting to know people from this group better and on a more personal level would be my only use for one at this point.

YES! Definitely TWO separate spin offs. The one I am in was created while we were all pregnant for April 2011 moms to give advice to April 2012 moms. It's more of an AWing kind of group(which is fun) and a few questions pop up every no and then too.

Then there is that "other" FB group that was created after or around the time of the big onesie explosion. Just a few select woman who found a lot in common and decided to take their pow-wow off TB.

I am like the only person in the USA with my name...i do not join groups on facebook for that reason. 

I am fairly certain I am the only one in existence with my name.  DH's last name is not very common at all.   I creepily added some people that I trust are not trolls from here when I recognized them in the group.

My DH doesn't. He says there's a reason he doesn't talk to those people anymore!  (speaking of high school buddies).

Thanks ladies.

I keep my FB pretty private. But I thought it would be another way to get to know some people from here.

We haven?t been posting much about the baby on FB. We didn?t grow up with our whole lives on the internet for the whole world to see. We were adults or old enough to make the decision on what to post and what not to post on the internet. I just don?t feel comfortable posting his whole life before he is ready to make the decision himself. It just sketches me out a bit.

My FB confessions:

i don't have my full name on FB, just first name and my surname's initial

i regularly cull my account of any 'friends' i am not close to

there is only 1 picture of LO on FB - i did a birth announcement and that it is. i dont like to think that pictures of him will be out there for anyone and everyone before he even knows his name!

i judge people who hae FB drama - don't post personal stuff in a place for everyone to see!

oh, and my DH doesnt have a FB page.

despite all of this, i am a member of the cute baby version of the april mom's group. i am hypocritical and although i hide my baby's pictures, i like t look at others!
