Prenatal care in Bardstown area.

I am moving to Bardstown area from Southwestern Pennslyvania and wanted to know if there is good prenatal care in the area. Have United healthcare for insurance, soon to get Ky medical card.

Re: Prenatal care in Bardstown area.

  • I from Bardstown (moved to Louisville) and many women there use Dr. Kahleifeh.  I personally never used him and have gone to Partners in Women's Health (though I wouldn't recommend them though all 3 of my sisters used them and liked them.) I go to Associates in OB/GYN and have had a positive experience.  Though the 2 practices are in Louisville.

  • OMG!! HANDS DOWN CHOOSE DOCTOR BASIM KAHLEIFEH!! research him online--google him or look him up on Topix or whatever--and u will see im not his only huge fan. I found out i was pregnant in the most shocking way--wound up in the hospital thinking i had a blood clot in my lung, turns out i was pregnant and a cyst had popped, the ER doc told me i was going to lose my baby, they were gonna have to rush me into surgery right then, Dr. Kahleifeh was the on call OBGYN and he saved my fallopian tube, my ovary, and my baby! he was awesome thru out my whole pregnancy, he listened to me, answered my questions, and even let me have an elective c-section after hearing about my family history and assessing me physically/emotionally. i got to have the exact birth experience i wanted. he is so supportive and he has a great bedside manner. message me if u want to hear more about him.
