Bulging bag of waters!

I had my 37 week appt today...doc said I am 3 cm 90% effaced, baby at -1 (which I have been for the last 2 weeks)...but also now with a "bulging bag of waters."

anyone else have this?  I know I could still go for a while longer like this..but now I'm afraid my water is going to break at any minute!!  yikes!  

I have noticed more pressure when standing/bending lately...like baby is way down and ready to go.  Wonder if that's the "bulging bag" I'm feeling....lol

I have never had that. If your dr says its right there- its right there... be prepared for it to pop/water to break

Did the dr explain exactly what that means? Does it mean you have high amniotic fluid?

With ds I had bbow and walked around 2 and a half weeks with no water breaking/leaking.

This pregnancy my water has been exposed since 29weeks and still no water breaking or leakage. I've been waiting on it to break since they say it's right there and I'm 6cm. It can also move back up if baby moves.

My friend just had her baby at the end of May. Was tld on a Friday that she was 3cm with BBOW and went into labor Saturday night. Everyone is different but let yourself get excited. Hell, I am excited for being 1 and a wiggle and 80% effaced as of last Friday! It could be ANY time for any of us

Just what it sounds like - the amniotic sac is bulging out through the dilated cervix. She could feel it when she checked my dilation. nothing to do with the fluid levels-  just the positioning.
