Any advice on getting lean/toned? I lost all the baby weight fairly quickly, but my body feels so squishy everywhere. I am/was pretty active-I just started running again 3x a week and walk a couple days too. I guess my diet probably needs an overhaul...any advice on getting lean/toned?
BTW-I breastfeed, so nothing too hard core:)

Definitely weight training. And cleaner eating. It's really the only way, not that I always do such a great job at it!
I'm sure if you've made it to 11 months of BFing that upping your exercise won't be a problem. It never made a difference in my supply.
