Is Concertina a name?

We toured day cares yesterday and the girls name was Concertina. That seemed made up!

I have never heard of that name before but it reminds me of The Flintstones movie where the boss names concrete after his daughter Concretia (sp?)!

I've never heard of it as a name, just a musical instrument. But I guess Viola is a name, right?

It's an instrument (hexagonal accordion-type thing). If Chord can be a name why not Concertina?

It is pn different, though. Viola the name is VIE-oh-lah and the instrument is vee-OH-lah
