Teething??

My LO got his first set of teeth at 4 months and it did not seem to bother him much.  He has been STTN since about 3.5 months and the teething did not change that.  Now, at almost 6 months, he has started waking in the night.  Probably 6+ times per night.  He is drooling, cranky during the day, and chewing everything.  However, I cannot see any teething signs in his mouth.  When he wakes up at night, I've given Tylenol, night feeding, pacifier, etc without any success.  Last night was the third night...Any insights??

Also, I should add that he takes 3 naps during the day, eats 26-28 oz of formula and about 4-6 oz of solids. So, he seems to be sleeping and eating well.

There is a growth spurt at 6 months.  My guess is he's going through that.  Give it a week and see if it gets better.

Could still be teething too.  My little guy has been grouchy for the past 2 weeks... He got his first tooth July 1st, got a little bit better, then bitterly mad for the last 4 days again.  After an extremely restless night two nights ago I checked yesterday morning and there was no tooth, then checked again in the afternoon and sure enough the little thing poked through, and last night he was a dream!  No fussing when I put him down, and didn't wake up until 8:00am.  (Which was awesome considering how we were both extremely sleep deprived)

Thanks!  Its teeth!  I can see FOUR molars coming in!  Phew!!!!  I would be grumpy too!  LOL!!
