3cm and 70% effaced...How much longer?!

Im a STM, but my Labor pain started at 3 cm with my first... so this time when I went into to doctors today for my check up, and he told me I was 3cm and 70% effaced I was a little shocked, cause I have been having super irregular contractions, if any at all. Ive been super weak, and nauseous but thats it... He stripped me today saying I got a little head start on labor. But told me to go home and get in bed. cause of how weak ive been. But I want to have this baby, What can I do to change? My first labor was so much different. Any suggestions, or anyone know how long it takes to go from 3-4?

with DD2 I was 3cm and 90% at 37 weeks and that didn't change until I went into labor at 39w4d. Even then my water broke and I didn't start dilating more until 12 hours later, after lots of pitocin. The only things I would suggest would be sex and walking! GL. It sucks that you can sit at 3cm for weeks

I am 2 cm and 50% effaced. Unfortunately, we don't know when we will go into labor as this really means nothing. There is some progress, so I will take it!!

I plan on walking, having sex, and I might start doing my squats again.

Per my Ob this bears no predictive value at all. You could give birth tonight or be camped here and not give birth for another 10 days.

I dont have any advice on how much longer but that is exciting that your progressing well. Im hoping to be really progressing too at my 38 week appointment tomorrow!

I have been at 3cm and 80% for a month now.... i have tried everything and no progress yet...
