Hemmoroids at 24 wks!

Sorry to be gross.  Is this normal--> they are mild and I just feel them when I sit ...what works for you ladies?  I imagine I should master this now.  >:^/

    I feel your (literal) pain.  I had them before I was pregnant,and suffered quite a bit even in the first trimester!  But now I take a daily Colace with my vitamins and the are much better. Yes this is normal fom why I've read!

    You poor thing. I suddenly had one pop out at Week 22. It was AGONISING for 3 days - walking hurt, sitting down hurt, and getting into and out of chairs = nightmare! I was wondering how on earth i would get through the rest of the pregnancy, because it wasn't caused by constipation or straining...it really just appeared one day and quickly grew to kidney bean size.

    I've never had much success with over the counter treatment for Hs, and was paranoid about using cortisone cream when pregnant, so i jumped online and tried all the home herbal remedies - crushed garlic, grated potato, apple cider vinegar. None of them had any effect. So I ended up at the chemist.

    It has calmed down since.Its still there, but does not hurt at all and has reduced in size. I'm at week 24 now. Hoping there are no more flare ups and that this one will keep shrinking!!!
