What is your favorite meal to prepare for your kiddo only, when you and DH will not be eating with them.

    My choice would be a meal that he will eat all of without any complaints---and that happens to be spaghetti and meatballs.

    Whole grain dinosaur shaped chicken nuggets (or fish sticks) with ketchup, steamed peas (from the bag you microwave) and mac n cheese (old school Kraft style).

    Pizza with an applesauce cup.

    Totinos Pizza is our big treat for them.  They love the Hormel Completes Chicken Alfredo.  I've never liked alfredo but if I'm in a pickle I toss that in the microwave.

    turkey and cheese cubes, fruit and "cold toast" (yes, it's just a piece of bread, but he always asks for it). Otherwise, we do whole grain baked chicken nuggets, a veggie pouch (or two) and butter/parmesan noodles.
