Stripping my BG 4.0s

I know this has probably been asked so I apologize, I'm just nervous...

To strip my 4.0s I need to do a cold rinse, a hot wash with my Tide Ultra, then another hot wash with a drop of Blue Dawn?

Or do I skip the hot wash with the Tide?

    I always strip clean diapers, so if it were me I would still do the hot wash with Tide.

     Then a drop of blue dawn and rinse rinse rinse until there are no bubbles!
