Stroller - now or later?

I've been looking for a jogging stroller, and we bought one a month ago but returned it because the seat cord to lay it down was way too difficult to use quickly, so anyway.. I'm still looking for one.

We have a travel system stroller we can use, but it's difficult to manuver on the ranch, So LO and I can't go on walks.

I'm trying to decide if we should buy a single jogger now, or just wait and buy a double, or buy a double now and use it for one?

Are you planning to babywear at all?  If you are then I'd just buy the single and wear the LO when he/she is born.  By the time you want to put LO in the stroller your older one might want to walk with you instead of ride.  I have a bad back so I rarely wear my kids for very long so we have a double stroller.  If that is the case then I would just get the double now and use it with the older one.  No sense in buying a single only to buy a double 6 months later.

Yes, I will baby wear. That is a good point, I forgot to add in the baby wearing part.

I'd get a used single jogger if you feel like you want one. You've got a long 9 months where you can't take a walk.

In terms of doubles -- I always advise waiting until the very end to get them. What you want will change a lot.
