My 19 year old sister moved in with us because she wanted a taste of the city. Today, she walked up to me with a pair of jeans in hand and said, "I don't like these anymore. You can have them".
They are a brand new pair of Miss Me jeans. Prior to this encounter, my most expensive jeans in my closet were the $20 pair I got at Charlotte Russe. Win!
Re: I knew having my sister move in was a good idea!
Okay so I had to look those up. Holy crap dem jeans is expensive.
lol the only thing I got from my brother living with me was my food bill doubling.
why can't I have cool siblings?

Yup. She loves it here (and so do we!). Are you going to get to come to the GTG next weekend?
Ah, man, we did get lucky. Does he at least help around the house or watch the kids while you take a break or something? Sorry if you've explained the situation on here before and I am unaware.
this was a while ago.
We ended up having to kick him out. He's bipolar and there were a lot of issues why he couldn't stay.

Aww, I'm so sorry. That stinks.
In all honesty, that is the agreement for her to live here rent free. We are also paying for college. I was a little worried about posting that because so many people were up in arms about letting a teenager watch your kid full time last week. It's working out amazingly so far and DS loves her. Plus, free daycare and housekeeping. And she has a place to live and free food. Win-win.
ETA- when I say we are paying for college, I mean 6-12 hours of community college classes per semester. Not liberal arts college tuition, lol.
