DH keeps saying that DD1 is not a baby. She is MY baby and always will be. I don't like him calling the sippy a bottle though because we are trying to teach her that the bottle is for DD2 only.
We stopped saying bottle - we call it "Milky" or "Water" depending on the cup and the beverage. Only milk comes in the soft silicone tops and water is in the hard tops. Weird, I know.
But "baby" - won't stop til the new one gets here I think.
I call Coop "baby" as a matter of fact everyone does. I don't say bottle and I'm pretty sure no one corrects me about anything, I'll pay more attention.

Although my guy would never take a bottle, he started calling calling his sippy a "bottle" because that's what his friends at daycare call it. He says it so clear and proud. At first, I tried to correct him, now I just go along with it since he's so darn cute when he says it. He also likes to call his milk "juice." I do still call him my baby, he thinks it's his name. Occasionally, I'll call him my "big boy" and he loves it. It still feels funny when I describe him to someone as my son or kid, but I guess he isn't really a baby to them anymore.
Re: "The Bottle" my "baby"
As long as she is still chunky, I will call her a baby lol. She just looks like one.
DH corrects me about the bottle too.
