Incentives for registries?

I'm pg with my 2nd. No plans to have a shower/sprinkle/whatever, but I was thinking of starting a registry just to take advantage of any deals or gift cards out there (and completion discounts), but not to broadcast the registry to friends/family. We're having a girl this time around, so we will need a few new things, though not much. Anyone know if BRU or Target or Baby Depot (Burlington coat factory) has incentives -- such as 'free $XYZ gift card -- going on right now for starting a registry?

All I know of is the 10% one time 'completion' discount for BRU and Amazon.

We received a flier in the mail that you could redeem for a $10 gift card at BRU if you brought it in and registered.   This was a while back and I forgot how I got in in the first place though.  I think I may have signed up on their website or requested a catalog or something.

 

Also,  I think when we registered they said the completion discount instore (not online) would be 15%.

 

Yes that $10 gift card offer comes in their catalog. But I have seen them other places.

I got a Target $20 giftcard...it came on a catalog....I actually got a 2nd catalog in the mail too with another offer and the man redeemed them both!! 

The gift bags from the places are fun incentives too! THough I liked Buy Buy Baby's the bast!!

 I think its totally worth it-especially for the completion discount at the end!
