Daycare and/or Nanny recs for Annapolis/Odenton area?

I am looking for a day care center recommendation in the Annapolis and/or Odenton area for the end of August. Or if anyone has had any luck finding a Nanny, how did you locate them? Did you use a Nanny service?

DS has been going to Creative Gardens in Annapolis since he was 3.5 months and he has done really well there and has fun at "school" The staff is very friendly too!
