Posted a longer version on the VBAC board.
I went in on Thursday for my induction. It took about 6 hours for me to dilate to 4cm. Then, I went from 4cm to 10cm in just 45 minutes. Things went so quickly, there was no time for my epidural. Another 45 minutes of pushing and Alexis made her arrival. I had a little bit of tearing and needed 4 stitches. But, overall, I am feeling so much better than I did after the c-section.
It's hard for me to believe that everything worked out the way I had hoped and planned. Alexis looks just like her big sister and is much loved already.
Good luck to everyone still waiting for a Junebug.
