"Morning Sickness" hit at the same time every day?

Does anyone else feel sick at the same time every day?  For the past week at about 3PM almost daily, I feel nauseous.  Weird?

  • Are you eating enough prior? that might be the time your blood sugar is dropping which is making you nauseated. Can you plan a snack around 2pm?

This! You probably need to have a good snack every day around 12:30 or 1:00 PM to avoid this. With my last pregnancy, I noticed that my MS would hit me hard when I didn't have enough food on my stomach. I pretty much realized that I needed to be snacking all day to avoid being too nauseous. Even once or twice in the middle of the night.
