ok ladies....need some help

My daughter is 2 1/2 and stays dry for up to 3 1/2 hours.  She is also dry at night.  She will sit on the potty for 1 hour before she is able to go potty and is very determined.  Anyway to help her learn to go faster?  or just keep encouraging her.

I would start giving her lots to drink and just offer the potty every 20 minutes instead of an hour straight. My DD will not sit for that long, but she always has a drink laying around. So I set the kitchen timer, say time to go! And she tries. It took us a while to get here. She is almost ready to tell us when, but most of the time I still ask every 20-30 minutes.
