..do you mean a debit type card where if you have the state get involved they will take money right of the other persons account on a set date each month and put it on the card? If so then yep this happens. And this is the best way possible in my experience. I did that for a year straight then my sons father convinced me he would do great at paying each month. We were on great terms so I trusted the guy to. Very bad mistake.

Most States are doing it this way now. It's more beneficial for the CP's (getting the money much faster) and cuts down check fraud (a huge problem we were having in CA). Usually you can contact them and set up direct deposit into your checking account.
