I'm just anxious to know when you can start jogging/running with baby in a jogging stroller? I've read multiple things about this and they all say different times. I'll be asking our pediatrician after she is born, but just curious now.
Is it still 6 months if your stroller can have their car seat in it and it has head support?
I was wondering the same thing.. what about walking is the same 6 months still apply. I wanted to start walking/jogging with her while on maternity leave.

I hope not, I was planning on walking as soon as my lady business felt up to it!
6 months is the most common recommendation - the concern is jostling baby's head before they have head control. Even with a well padded car seat the muscular strength of baby's neck isn't sufficient to keep their head in place. Walking is fine, but running is a different thing all together.

This. Also, most jogging strollers recommend against running/jogging with the carseat snapped in. It affects the center of gravity of the stroller or something like that. I know BOB says 6-8 months and without the carseat. I'm a runner, so this bums me out a bit, but I guess walking with baby or solo runs while DH stays home with baby will have to do until baby is old enough for the jogger.

Most will tell you 6 months, but it depends on their head control & the settings on the stroller.
